The paper paper towels is certainly a way forward and the best thing for shoes, which are not used, but caused the most damage when you. In this case, you need to keep something on the inside of the shoe to reduce wrinkles.

There is a product called decreasing, can be found here: http://www.thedecreaser.com/ shoes to keep the wrinkles. However, it is said that you have nothing to buy, then there is a practical use site that shows you how to make your own plastic fabrications rigid, to reduce the found in many household products (eg aerosol cans, 409 bottles, Pringles, J "I had a bottle of Clorox)
This, despite the very things found around the house, was 1OO% effective for my Air Force, Nike Dunk shoes.
