I have had to reset my hot water heater several times in the past week. Is it easily repaired or new tank? - hot to reset combination lock
I have a 40 gallons Bradford White electric water heater that was installed mid-90s, through a precedent. Owner. The switch is in order. How do I know if I have a new item / s, or a new water-heating system need? The heater is in a small confined space in my hometown. This is a better tank system for the region?

If you say you had to reset the heater, I suppose that means to press the red button in the center of the thermostat higher. This is usually a sign that we need a new thermostat, but while in the field, as you can see the elements.
